The HVAC Outside Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales and profit through the acquisition and development of new business, maintaining existing business and providing excellent customer service.

Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred OR 2 years of experience in related industry.
Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.
Must pass company required drug screen and physical.
Must be a minimum age of 21 years old and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel to Coburn's customer and company branch locations.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Occasionally works with tools and equipment. Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention. Construction and Warehouse environment with variable but moderately high noise levels. Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required. A consistent presence at work is required.
In order to operate a forklift, the operator must be a minimum age of 18 years old and successfully complete Coburn's Forklift Operator Certification.

Sales volume and profit are increased by acquiring new accounts.

Sales and profits are increased through introducing new products, increasing individual customer's sales volume, and retaining customer loyalty.
Customer Service
Customer loyalty is maintained by providing Coburn's exceptional level of customer service as measured through increased sales and profits, customer retention, customer feedback and/or satisfaction ratings.
Knowledge Development
Knowledge is developed and maintained in order to increase credibility with customers, as measured by increased customer loyalty and sales.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
