Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for assisting with the development of a collaborative business management system by assisting with the creation of corporate policies, procedures and structures used to ensure that appropriate standards of professional practice are maintained. Assists the Director of Quality Assurance to ensure all procedures are planned, implemented, documented and assessed with the effectiveness of activities that constitute the organization's scope of practice.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting a Management System -Assists with writing and maintaining company policies, procedures and work instructions to create consistency and provide a baseline for improvement.
Document & Data Control -Maintaining both electronic and paper formats of policies, procedures, work instructions, etc. and keeping all information concise, up to date and accessible.
Controlling Client Data - Securing and controlling all data flowing into the office to protect privacy and help prevent fraud.
Creating and Reviewing Process Controls and Tracking - Maintaining procedures or instructions for consistent performance to provide clients with evidence of and confidence in your performance.
Processes Inspection & Testing -As directed, completes testing, reviewing and verifying planned work processes to ensure consistency and to correct or improve processes as necessary. Reports findings to Director of Quality Assurance.
System Inspection & Test Status - Verifying that company processes occur in proper sequence to ensure cross-departmental processes work properly.
Identifying Nonconformity - Identifying and recording errors or problems to prevent further damage and improve service.
Supports the Director of Quality Assurance and Coast Professional, Inc. with the implementation of policies and procedures consistent with how Coast Professional, Inc. believes their organization should be managed.
Assists with writing and maintaining a company policy manual.
With direction from the Director of Quality Assurance, manages a system based upon developing, implementing and adhering to a set of professional practices and policies.
As directed, tests procedures and processes to ensure service standards are consistently applied and to validate accuracy of internal and external documentation.

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Associates degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience in similar
position
may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience
Experience in collections or related profession required. Experience with student loan collections preferred. Experience with developing a collaborative business management system and implementing corporate policies, procedures and structures used to ensure that appropriate standards of professional practice are maintained.
Knowledge
Knowledge of collection practices
Knowledge of collection software/databases
Principles and practices of customer service
Report preparations and techniques
Proper telephone etiquette
Modern office procedures, methods, and

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
