Qualifications:
Extensive accounting background with at least (3) years of experience as a controller.
Familiarity with finance regulations Proficient with MS Excel and QuickBooks.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work autonomously and accurately under general supervision.
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and math skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.
Works well under pressure and high expectations.
Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
Hours:
1st Shift, 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM, Monday - Friday.
The Accounting Specialist strives to provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and confidentiality.
Accounting Specialist Basic Duties:
Process daily invoices/credits for multiple facilities and collections of these invoices.
Perform general accounting for the reconciliations and month-end closing process.
Oversee accounts payable.
Process biweekly payroll Maintain daily inventory levels and accuracy.
Create and maintain inventory items in QuickBooks.
