Duties &
Responsibilities:
Ensure scheduling efficiency of production in the plant Assign workloads for employees and workstations Move materials throughout the plant Troubleshoot quality control issues Organize the flow of jobs Establish plant layout to optimize flow of materials Interview, hire, and orient new production employees Ensure production employees are fully trained on CNC units Perform performance evaluations Experience Needed:
High School Diploma or GED.
Associates Degree is preferred At least 5 years in custom wood operation At least 3 years in a supervisory role Ability to lift 50 pounds Experience with CNC equipment is preferred About Talento Search Group:
